SingleSync Club Out-of-State Event Hosting Partnership
SingleSync Club is accepting review requests from qualified event planners, venue managers, promoters, hospitality professionals, and local business operators interested in hosting SingleSync Club-branded singles events outside the primary launch market.
This is structured as an event hosting partnership and limited brand-use arrangement, not a franchise offering. Approved partners operate through their own DBA, LLC, or approved business entity, manage local event operations, and use SingleSync Club-approved themes, brand materials, event planning tools, and member/event support systems for approved events only.
Applicants should download the packet, complete the partner application and event proposal, and submit it for review. No person or business may advertise as a SingleSync Club partner, use the SingleSync Club brand, or host an approved SingleSync Club event until written approval and a signed agreement are completed.
2. Partner Application for Review

4. Out-of-State Event Hosting Partnership Agreement Framework
The following framework is drafted for legal review and can be converted into a final agreement after counsel review. The final version should be customized for the partner, state, event type, insurance requirements, ticketing method, and approved territory.
4.1 Parties
This Event Hosting Partnership Agreement is between SingleSyncClub LLC d/b/a SingleSync Club (“SingleSync Club”) and the approved partner business identified in the application (“Partner”). Partner represents that it has authority to enter into this Agreement through its owner or authorized representative.
4.2 Nature of Relationship; No Franchise Representation
The parties intend this arrangement to be a limited event hosting partnership and brand-use arrangement for approved events only. The parties do not intend to create a franchise, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership for tax purposes, or business opportunity sale. Partner operates its own business and remains responsible for local operations, staffing, taxes, permits, vendor obligations, insurance, event compliance, and customer experience delivery.
Counsel must review whether the arrangement could be treated as a franchise or business opportunity under federal or state law before the program is offered publicly or used in another state.
4.3 Limited Brand License
Subject to written approval, SingleSync Club may grant Partner a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved SingleSync Club names, marks, event titles, images, descriptions, and materials solely for approved events. Partner may not register, claim ownership in, alter, sublicense, or use the brand outside approved event activity.
4.4 Territory and Event Approval
Unless a separate signed agreement grants exclusivity, all territories are non-exclusive. Partner must submit each event for approval, including event title, venue, city, theme, date/time, expected attendance, pricing, VIP options, food/bar terms, public description, dress code, promotional materials, sponsors, and safety plan. SingleSync Club may approve, deny, revise, or revoke approval in its discretion to protect the brand and member experience.
4.5 Partner Responsibilities
4.6 SingleSync Club Responsibilities
4.7 Event Planner, Admin Access, and Support Requests
Partner may receive access to the Event Planner to compare venues, estimate costs, select themes, calculate suggested ticket prices, manage profit projections, save drafts, and download CSV planning records. Partner may receive limited event-level admin access only if approved. Partner must not access unrelated members, payment credentials, global admin keys, backend configuration, or unrelated city/event records.
Where direct admin access is not provided, Partner may request member activation changes, attendee corrections, event updates, or support actions through the designated support email. All admin-level changes should be logged with the requesting party, reason, date, and action taken.
4.8 Profit Share and Settlement
SingleSync Club receives 5% of Net Event Profit for each approved partner-hosted event using the SingleSync Club brand, event framework, membership audience, or approved event assets.
Term | Definition / Standard |
Gross Event Receipts | Ticket sales, VIP upgrades, door sales, sponsorships, vendor fees, drink-card contributions, and other event-specific income actually received. |
Allowable Direct Expenses | Preapproved direct event costs such as venue rental, required food/bar minimums, DJ/artist/entertainment, staffing, security, event insurance, decor, approved marketing, ticketing fees, and payment processing. |
Excluded Expenses | Partner owner draws, unrelated overhead, unrelated travel, unrelated business expenses, non-approved expenses, penalties caused by Partner, and non-event costs unless approved in writing. |
Net Event Profit | Gross Event Receipts minus Allowable Direct Expenses. |
SingleSync Club Share | 5% of Net Event Profit. |
Settlement Deadline | Recommended: within 10 business days after final event settlement or sooner if ticketing funds are available. |
Reporting Package | Ticketing report, sponsor revenue summary, expense receipts, comp list, door sales reconciliation, attendee count, and incident notes if any. |
4.9 Ticketing and Payment
Ticketing may be handled through Eventbrite or another SingleSync Club-approved third-party ticketing platform. If SingleSync Club later enables in-app ticketing, separate ticketing terms may apply. Partner must not create unauthorized ticket tiers, unauthorized discounts, or off-platform ticket sales that prevent accurate reporting unless approved in writing.
4.10 Insurance, Alcohol, and Venue Compliance
Partner is responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance for the event, including general liability, event liability, liquor-related coverage where applicable, worker/contractor coverage where required, and any venue-required coverage. Partner must comply with all venue rules, alcohol laws, age restrictions, security requirements, food service rules, fire/safety rules, and local ordinances.
4.11 Safety, Conduct, and Incident Reporting
Partner must operate events in a safe, respectful, and non-discriminatory manner. Partner must implement reasonable check-in controls, crowd management, removal rights, incident escalation, harassment reporting, and emergency procedures. Material incidents involving safety, harassment, injury, disorder, intoxication, discrimination, law enforcement, medical response, or venue removal must be reported to SingleSync Club promptly.
4.12 Data Privacy and Communications
Partner may use member, attendee, and ticket buyer information only for approved event operations. Partner may not sell, scrape, export, reuse, upload, or independently market to SingleSync Club members or attendee lists except as expressly permitted in writing. Partner must follow privacy, consent, SMS/email, ticketing, and data-security requirements applicable to the event and platform.
4.13 Marketing, Media, and Publicity
All flyers, landing pages, videos, social posts, paid ads, sponsor materials, venue listings, and public event descriptions using SingleSync Club branding must be approved before publication. Partner must not make false claims about membership results, guaranteed matches, relationship outcomes, ticket availability, venue affiliation, celebrity/artist participation, sponsorship, or exclusive rights.
4.14 Non-Circumvention and Non-Confusion
Partner may not use SingleSync Club member lists, technology, event leads, sponsors, venue opportunities, brand concepts, event themes, or confidential information to create a confusingly similar competing event or to divert approved SingleSync Club event opportunities without written approval. This provision should be reviewed by counsel for enforceability in the applicable state.
4.15 Confidentiality
Partner must protect confidential information, including member information, pricing models, settlement reports, admin access details, brand standards, event planner tools, sponsor terms, venue terms, and non-public business plans. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
4.16 Term, Suspension, and Termination
The agreement may be structured as a single-event approval, pilot period, or renewable term. SingleSync Club may suspend or terminate Partner access or event approval for unsafe conduct, brand misuse, nonpayment, inaccurate reporting, unauthorized ticketing, data misuse, legal noncompliance, reputational harm, or failure to follow approved standards.4.17 Indemnity, Limitation of Liability, and Dispute Terms
The final agreement should include counsel-approved indemnity, limitation of liability, governing law, venue, arbitration or court dispute terms, attorney-fee provisions if desired, and any state-specific requirements. Partner should indemnify SingleSync Club for claims caused by Partner’s event operations, venue/vendor acts, local compliance failures, staffing, negligence, data misuse, unauthorized marketing, and breach of the agreement.
5. Counsel Review Checklist
6. Partner Acknowledgment for Application Review
