How SingleSync Works: Members first create or access their account and subscribe/activate membership. 1. Membership Plans and Subscription Access
SingleSync Club is a subscription-based social and matching platform designed to connect members through profile information, compatibility questions, AI-assisted match suggestions, and curated events.
The first stage of full member access is subscription or admin-approved activation. A user may begin with basic registration or a profile setup flow, but AI matching, premium messaging, discounted event access, and member-only features require an active membership or approved promotional/campaign activation.

2. Subscription-First Feature Unlock
After membership is active, the member may access the premium SingleSync experience. This includes completing the compatibility questionnaire, receiving AI-ranked match suggestions, managing approved profile photos, viewing eligible matches, using mutual-acceptance messaging, and participating in member event opportunities.
Features may open in stages. SingleSync Club may require profile completion, photo review, safety review, truthful questionnaire completion, or mutual match acceptance before certain features become available.

3. Member Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration, DOB, profile, contact, and payment information.
- Answer compatibility questions truthfully and thoughtfully to support match quality.
- Keep login credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Use member messaging respectfully and only for lawful, personal social or relationship-oriented purposes.
- Follow SingleSync Club event rules, venue rules, dress codes, check-in requirements, and safety procedures.
4. AI Matching and Messaging Acknowledgment
SingleSync Club may use AI-assisted tools to suggest compatibility based on information provided by members, including profile details, stated preferences, date of birth or age, preferred match age range, relationship intent, photos/profile completeness, and questionnaire responses.
AI matching is a support tool and does not guarantee chemistry, communication, attendance, relationship success, safety, or any specific result. Members remain responsible for their own decisions and interactions.
Messaging is intended to open through approved app features and may require active membership, mutual acceptance, safety controls, or admin rules. SingleSync Club may limit, suspend, or remove messaging access for abuse, harassment, fraud, safety concerns, or policy violations.
5. Events, Tickets, VIP Access, and Promotional Windows
SingleSync Club may offer member event opportunities, discounted member pricing, early purchase windows, VIP access, drink-card promotions, concierge-style support, and curated social experiences. Event benefits vary by event, venue, location, capacity, and operational requirements.
Event tickets, RSVPs, VIP upgrades, or third-party ticketing purchases may be subject to separate terms, refund rules, venue requirements, age/ID verification, security rules, and availability. A ticket number or entry credential may be issued only after payment, comp approval, or door-paid confirmation, depending on the event workflow.
6. Billing, Renewal, Cancellation, and Promotional Activation
By selecting a paid membership, the member authorizes SingleSync Club and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the selected plan, taxes, upgrades, or purchases chosen through the service.
Monthly memberships renew until canceled unless otherwise stated at checkout. Early membership, promotional, comped, campaign-free, or admin-activated access may have separate terms, expiration dates, and feature limits. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law or approved by SingleSync Club.
7. Email, Text, and Account Communications
SingleSync Club may send account-related emails or text messages, including login verification codes, membership activation notices, payment or event confirmations, safety notices, service updates, and support messages. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. Members are responsible for keeping their email address and phone number current.
8. Safety, Conduct, and No Guarantee
Members must behave respectfully, honestly, and lawfully. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, spam, solicitation, doxxing, unsafe conduct, unwanted contact, and violations of event or venue rules.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, SingleSync Club does not conduct comprehensive background checks and does not guarantee the identity, intent, truthfulness, conduct, safety, or compatibility of any member, guest, or event attendee. Members should use caution with online communication, direct contact, travel, and in-person meetings.
SingleSync Club may suspend, restrict, terminate, or refuse access to an account, messaging, membership benefits, events, or promotions if it believes a member violates this Agreement, creates safety concerns, abuses payments or chargebacks, or harms the intended member experience.
