Terms of Use Agreement
Effective Date: March 10, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Member,” or “Participant”) and SingleSync Club, a brand operated by BYRON MCNEIL LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing access to and use of the SingleSync Club website, mobile features, live events, matchmaking services, AI compatibility tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age and to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
3. Nature of Services
SingleSync Club provides social dating events, compatibility-based introductions, and AI-assisted matching tools. We are a facilitator of introductions only and do not guarantee compatibility, relationship success, or user conduct.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in harassment, discrimination, stalking, threats, solicitation, fraud, impersonation, or any unlawful activity while using the Services or attending events. The Company reserves the right to remove or ban users for violations.
5. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that meeting individuals through the Services involves inherent personal risks. You assume full responsibility for your interactions with other users both online and offline.
6. Event Participation & Liability Waiver
By attending any SingleSync Club event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. You release and hold harmless SingleSync Club, BYRON MCNEIL LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, venues, and affiliates from any claims arising out of participation.
7. Payments & Refund Policy
Event tickets, memberships, and services may be subject to fees. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds, if offered, are governed by our published Refund Policy.
8. AI Matching Disclaimer
Compatibility scores and AI-generated matches are algorithmic estimates based on user-provided data. They do not constitute professional counseling, psychological evaluation, or relationship advice.
9. Privacy & Data Collection
We collect personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including contact details, profile information, event participation history, and compatibility data. By using the Services, you consent to such data collection and use.
10. Media Release
By attending events, you grant permission for photographs or video recordings taken during events to be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to the event.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, designs, software, and materials related to SingleSync Club are the exclusive property of BYRON MCNEIL LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations of this Agreement or behavior deemed harmful to the community.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SingleSync Club and BYRON MCNEIL LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.
15. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey, unless otherwise required by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Acknowledgment
By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, or participating in any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
