We do not guarantee compatibility, chemistry, communication, attendance, mutual interest, safety, relationship success, or any particular personal outcome. Recommendations may be incomplete, imperfect, or unsuitable for your preferences.
We may change the way compatibility tools operate over time without notice. Nothing in the services is intended as counseling, therapy, or professional relationship advice.
7. Direct Communication and Contact Information
Where our services permit, members may communicate through designated features or through direct contact after a match or communication stage is opened. You agree not to place personal email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, personal website links, or similar contact information in public profile fields unless a specific feature clearly allows it.
Once you choose to share direct contact information with another person, those communications are outside our control. Please use caution and sound judgment.
8. Events, Discounts, VIP Queueing, and Concierge Support
A membership may make you eligible for discounted access to selected events, priority notice, VIP queueing, concierge-style support, or other benefits described at the time of offer. Event access is always subject to capacity, eligibility rules, venue requirements, safety considerations, and operational discretion.
We may cancel, relocate, reschedule, modify, or limit attendance for any event. We may impose dress codes, check-in procedures, wristband or credential rules, screening procedures, or behavior requirements to support organization and safety.

9. Safety, Offline Meetings, and No Background Checks
SingleSync Club does not guarantee the identity, intent, truthfulness, conduct, or safety of any member, guest, venue patron, or event attendee. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not conduct comprehensive background checks on participants.
You assume all risks arising from online communications, direct-contact exchanges, off-platform interactions, transportation to and from events, in-person meetings, and attendance at any venue or social gathering. You agree to take reasonable precautions when meeting another person, including protecting personal information, using public meeting locations where appropriate, and arranging your own transportation safely.
10. Member Conduct and Prohibited Activity
You agree to behave respectfully and lawfully. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, stalking, threats, hate speech, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, extortion, doxxing, blackmail, non-consensual sexual conduct, unwanted touching, sharing intimate images without consent, commercial solicitation, spam, automated scraping, account sharing, chargeback abuse, and any use that violates law or venue rules.
You may not upload or post defamatory, obscene, sexually exploitative, violent, unlawful, or infringing content. You may not record other participants in a way that violates law, event rules, or reasonable expectations of privacy.

11. User Content, Feedback, and Limited License
You retain ownership of content you submit, but by posting profile text, photos, event reviews, testimonials, or other content through our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that your content does not violate the rights of others. We may remove content at our discretion.
12. Intellectual Property and Platform Restrictions
SingleSync Club, its branding, logos, questionnaires, matching concepts, website design, content, and related materials are protected by intellectual-property and unfair-competition laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, scrape, frame, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or create derivative works from our services or proprietary materials.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You may stop using the services at any time and may cancel your membership as described above. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, and intellectual-property protections, will survive.
15. Disclaimers
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific expectations.
We do not warrant any particular dating, social, emotional, financial, reputational, or relationship outcome from using the services.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SingleSync Club and its owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, venues, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for losses arising from member conduct, personal interactions, emotional distress, reputational harm, event incidents, or off-platform communications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, the limitation will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SingleSync Club and its owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, venues, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the services, your content, your attendance at events, your interactions with others, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
18. Dispute Resolution; Class Action Waiver
Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us in good faith and try to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, then, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the parties agree that any unresolved dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not enforced, to a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in New Jersey. Each party waives any right to participate in a class action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
